Unpaid fines for Villa Park-based campaign committee totaled $6,000 in August 2018

One campaign committee in Villa Park has overdue fines amounting to a total of $6,000, records obtained by the DuPage Policy Journal show.

A detailed review of individual fines revealed that Pickerill For President was the only campaign committee in Villa Park that was delinquent in payment for August 2018, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections.

The largest fine that Pickerill For President has yet to pay was imposed on Sept. 29, 2017, for a late quarterly report. The amount of this fine alone is $5,000.
