How did Grant Eckhoff spend campaign funds in the third quarter?

Republican Grant Eckhoff's election campaign committee, Citizens to Elect Eckhoff, spent $3,924 in the third quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Eckhoff's committee spent the most on fundraiser invites in the quarter, with all those payments ($1,130) going to Curtis Scott Advertising Inc. in Elmhurst. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Eckhoff's committee spent its money in the third quarter.
