How did Jim Caffrey spend campaign funds in the second quarter?

Democratic Jim Caffrey's election campaign committee, Friends of Jim Caffrey, spent $6,699 in the second quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Caffrey's committee spent the most on campaign consultant in the quarter, with all those payments ($3,150) going to Tina Tyson-Dunne in Lombard. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Caffrey's committee spent its money in the second quarter.
