How did Grant Eckhoff spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Republican Grant Eckhoff's election campaign committee, Citizens to Elect Eckhoff, spent $2,410 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Eckhoff's committee spent the most on fundraiser bar bill in the quarter, with all those payments ($595) going to Choun's in Wheaton. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Eckhoff's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
