How did Grant Eckhoff spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Republican Grant Eckhoff's election campaign committee, Citizens to Elect Eckhoff, spent $2,807 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Eckhoff's committee spent the most on fund raising advertisement in the quarter, with 87.2% of this total ($1,163) going to Curtis Scott Advertising Inc. in Elmhurst. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Eckhoff's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
