How did Brian McGuire spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Independent Brian McGuire's election campaign committee, Citizens for McGuire, spent $3,849 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

McGuire's committee spent the most on fund raising - beverages in the quarter, with all those payments ($1,137) going to Binny's Beverage Depot in Bloomingdale. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how McGuire's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
