Republican Grant Eckhoff's election campaign committee, Citizens to Elect Eckhoff, spent $514 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Eckhoff's committee spent the most on internet access in the quarter, with all those payments ($264) going to Curtis Scott Advertising Inc. in Oakbrook Terrace. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Eckhoff's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
