How did Heidi Holan spend campaign funds in the third quarter?

Republican Heidi Holan's election campaign committee, Citizens for Heidi Holan, spent $7,795 in the third quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Holan's committee spent the most on rent in the quarter, with all those payments ($2,400) going to Peter Aquilera in Warrenville. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Holan's committee spent its money in the third quarter.
