Q4 real estate sales report: Darien

Median prices declined in Darien over last year, and are up 6.8 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to fourth quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From October to December, 85 homes sold in Darien for a median price of $287,500. That's 7.9 percent lower than median home sale prices for the fourth quarter of 2017.
