Q4 real estate sales report: Woodridge

Median prices declined in Woodridge over last year, and are down 4.5 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to fourth quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From October to December, 99 homes sold in Woodridge for a median price of $255,000. That's 3.5 percent lower than median home sale prices for the fourth quarter of 2017.

In the fourth quarter, 2 homes in Woodridge were in foreclosure.
