Q4 real estate sales report: West Chicago

Median prices declined in West Chicago over last year, and are up 28.1 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to fourth quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From October to December, 71 homes sold in West Chicago for a median price of $230,000. That's 0.9 percent lower than median home sale prices for the fourth quarter of 2017.
