Q3 real estate sales report: Hanover Park

Median prices rose in Hanover Park over last year, and are up 35 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to third quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From July to September, 128 homes sold in Hanover Park for a median price of $203,000. That's 7.1 percent higher than median home sale prices for the third quarter of 2017.
