City of Wood Dale issued the following announcement on Dec. 14.
On December 13, City Council and staff welcomed one of Wood Dale’s newest businesses, The Neighborhood Gym, with a grand opening ribbon cutting ceremony.
The Neighborhood focuses on strength training and weightlifting, encouraging its members to become the best versions of themselves. With a vast selection of free weights, plates, benches, machines and cardio equipment, The Neighborhood caters to all athletes, including power lifters, bodybuilders and more. The Neighborhood also offers rope climbing, heavy bag, and a 450 pound tire. With key-fob access, members have the option to work out whenever it fits their schedule.
Currently, the gym is offering a membership special until December 31 to receive half off dues for January and a free 7-day trial. No contracts or sign-up fee. For more information, visit www.theneighborhoodgym.com.
