Text Amendment and Special Use Permit
To consider a request by EON Clinics P.C. as follows:
To approve a text amendment under Section 156.022 (B) of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Oakbrook Terrace (the “Zoning Ordinance") and a special use authorized under Section 156.024 (B) of the Zoning Ordinance as follows:
1. A text amendment to Section 156.087 (C) of the Zoning Ordinance to add the following as a special use in the B-3 General Retail District: “ (43) Dental clinics (up to 6,000 square feet)"
2. A special use for a dental clinic up to 6,000 square feet as authorized under Section 156.087 (C) (43) of the Zoning Ordinance
