According to the report, the district expelled or suspended 84 students during the year. That equates to 4.1 percent of the 2,051 students enrolled.
Of the 84 out-of-school suspensions, 53 were given to boys and 31 were given to girls, all of whom were high schoolers.
The district reported that most out-of-school suspensions were given for unspecified reasons. The category includes 58 incidents. There were 18 incidents of drugs. For 73 incidents, students were suspended for 3-5 days.
