Oak Brook Park District issued the following announcement on Aug. 4.
Oak Brook Aquatic Center Annual Maintenance | Pools Closed August 20-September 7
All aquatic facilities will have a thorough cleaning, with repairs done to floors, pool decking, underwater surfaces and play features.
Additionally, we will perform annual safety inspections and maintenance work on all pumps, heaters and chemical distribution machinery in the pump rooms.
