CITY OF WHEATON: Expect Traffic Delays Near County Fair

City of Wheaton issued the following announcement on July 20.

The 2018 DuPage County Fair is scheduled from Wednesday, July 25, through Sunday, July 29, 2018. During this time period, motorists can expect traffic delays on:

County Farm Road between Roosevelt Road and Geneva Road
Manchester Road between County Farm Road and Gables Boulevard, and
Surrounding neighborhood side streets near the DuPage County Fairgrounds.

Some parking restrictions will be in place in this area. Please follow posted signs and use care for pedestrians going to and from the event. Police personnel and temporary signs will be posted to assist motorists around the event.

Motorists may experience temporary traffic delays and choose to alter their travel route to avoid these areas.
