Public Comment is designed to provide the Members of the Public an opportunity to address the Board of Election Commissioners. Time is set aside in the Meeting for Public Comment. All comments from the Public must be presented at the time designated on the Agenda for Public Comment. All comments shall be directed to the Chair. Comments will be limited to three (3) minutes, unless additional time is requested and approved, in the discretion of the Chair. The Board will consider comments made during Public Comment. It is, however, within the discretion of the Chair as to whether, and how, to address any comments or inquiries made.

a. Requisition E-1541: recommended approval of a purchase order to: Cardinal ColorGroup for the printing and mailing of precinct change, polling place change, polling place notification and Countywide mailer notices per low bid 18-135. Contract would be for 3 years, covering 7 elections. Contract effective dates: 8/1/18 – 7/31/21.
b. Requisition E-1542: recommended approval of a purchase order to: Platinum Technology Resource, LLC to provide Applications to Vote for each voting location. Contract would be for 3 years, covering 7 elections. Contract effective dates: 8/1/18 – 7/31/21.
c. Requisition E-1543: recommended approval of a purchase order to: Platinum Technology Resource, LLC for the printing, assembly and packaging of Election Supply Kits, Early Voting Kits and Healthcare Kits, per low bid 18-141. Contract would be for 3 years, covering 7 elections. Contract effective dates: 8/1/18 – 7/31/21.
