a) Second Reading Of An Ordinance Amending Chapter 3 Of The Village Code To Increase The Number Of Class “E-5” Liquor Licenses For Seery Athlone Brewing Inc. At 1010 W. Fullerton, Suite H

At their meeting on June 18th, the Finance & Policy Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which amends Chapter 3 of the Village Code to increase the number of Class “E-5” liquor licenses for Seery Athlone Brewing Inc. at 1010 W. Fullerton, Suite H. The Committee recommended approval and first reading was given at the Village Board meeting on June 18th. Second reading is requested.

b) First Reading Of An Ordinance Making Appropriation For Corporate Purposes For The Current Fiscal Year Commencing On The First Day Of May 2018, And Ending On The Thirtieth Day Of April 2019; For The Village Of Addison, Dupage County, Illinois

At their meeting earlier this evening, the Finance & Policy Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which makes appropriation for corporate purposes for the current fiscal year. The Committee recommended approval and first reading is requested.

c) First Reading Of An Ordinance Approving A Plat Of Resubdivision For Gateway Industrial Properties At 2350 W. Pinehurst Boulevard

At their meeting on June 25th, the Building, Zoning & Development Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which approves a plat of resubdivision for Gateway Industrial Properties at 2350 W. Pinehurst Boulevard. The Committee recommended approval and waiver of second reading has been requested by Staff. The Attorney is asked to read the Ordinance.

At their meeting on June 25th, the Building, Zoning & Development Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which approves a plat of dedication for that portion of Woodland Avenue and Cedar Street (also known as Cardinal Avenue) fronting the Diaz property. The Committee recommended approval and first reading is requested.

At their meeting on June 25th, the Public Health, Safety & Judicial Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which amends Chapter 6 of the Village of Addison Municipal Code. The Committee recommended approval and first reading is requested.

i) Consideration Of A Resolution Adopting The 2018 Updated Dupage County Natural Hazards Mitigation Plan

At their meeting on June 25th, the Public Health, Safety & Judicial Committee reviewed this Resolution, which adopts the 2018 updated DuPage County Natural Hazards Mitigation Plan. The Committee recommended approval and the Attorney is asked to read the Resolution.
