City of Wood Dale issued the following announcement on June 20.
Last week’s Public Works Open House was an incredible success with nearly 300 community members in attendance.
Children enjoyed exploring the City’s trucks, made crafts, took home giveaways including kids’ City of Wood Dale construction helmets, and learned about the functions of the Public Works Department. K-9 Bane made an appearance and everyone enjoyed the barbecue.
The City looks forward to continuing to grow this annual event that provides an inside look at our operations.
