A. Consent Item -- Amendment to County contract 1709-0001-SERV issued to IDEXX for outside laboratory services to DuPage Animal Care & Control to extend contract term to 8/14/2018.
B. Change Order -- Amendment to Purchase Order 2588-0001-SERV issued to IDEXX for
SNAP testing kits to DuPage Animal Care & Control to increase the encumbrance $3,500.00 resulting in an amended contract total not to exceed $7,500.00, an increase of 87.50%.
