A Variation to reduce the rear yard setback from 25 feet to approximately 15 feet for a new three season room. (Lisle/District 5) ZBA Vote to approve: 5 Ayes, 0 Nays, 2 Absent
B. DC-O-0023-18 Ordinance -- Z18-013 – Mayer: The Zoning Board of Appeals recommended to approve the following zoning relief: 1. A Variation to reduce the lot size for two (2) new lots from 40,000 sq. ft. to approximately 17,000 sq. ft. (Bloomingdale/District 1) ZBA Vote to approve: 5 Ayes, 0 Nays, 2 Absent
