Traffic Engineer Bill Eidson gave the Committee an overview/presentation of the DuPage County Central Signal System outlining Virtual Traffic Centers, direct fiber optic communications, real-time monitoring of traffic, field equipment and current system capabilities

as well as future system expansion.
