City of West Chicago Plan Commission/Zoning Board of Appeals will meet on February 6. 

Here is the agenda as provided by the board:

5. Public Hearing Case PC 18-03 – Variances

Discovery Drive Investors, L.L.C., 1S450 Summit Ave., Suite 330, Oak Brook Terrace, IL 60181, petitions the City of West Chicago for variances in accordance with Section 10.5-10 of the West Chicago Zoning Ordinance. Specifically, the variances are from Sections 10.5-3(C)(4)(e), 10.5-4(B)(1), 10.5-5(F)(1), 10.5-7(F), and 10.5-8(C)(1). The variances, if granted, would allow the applicant to develop the subject property with a large warehouse facility. The vacant subject property is generally located south of Discovery Drive, east of Technology Boulevard and north of Fabyan Parkway within in the DuPage Business Center.

The City of West Chicago, 475 Main Street, West Chicago, Illinois, 60185 petitions for a plat of resubdivision for certain property located on the north side of Church Street between Norris Street and Lincoln Avenue. The subject property is commonly known as 509 Church Street.
