Meeting convened at 8:00 a.m. in the Jack T. Knuepfer Administration Building, 421 N. County Farm Rd. Wheaton, IL, Conference Room 3500A.
Commissioners Present: Tony Reyes, Chairman
John Smith, Vice-Chairman
Carole Vasbinder, Secretary
Others Present: Patti Weber, Assistant to the Commission

There was no public comment.
MIA Interviews
Chairman Reyes called for a motion to go into executive session pursuant to 5 ILCS (c)(1) of the Open Meetings Act for the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of a specific employee. Commissioner Vasbinder moved. Seconded by Vice-Chairman Smith. Motion carried.

Chairman Reyes called for a motion to return from executive session at 9:00 a.m. to go into open session. Commissioner Vasbinder moved. Seconded by Commissioner Smith. Motion carried.
Chairman Reyes called for a motion to approve a bill. Commissioner Smith moved. Seconded by Commissioner Vasbinder. Roll call. Reyes, Smith and Vasbinder “Aye”. Motion carried. Chairman Reyes signed the invoices.
Ms. Weber provided the Commission with an update on the bid process for a background investigation company.

Chairman Reyes called for a motion to adjourn the meeting. Commissioner Vasbinder moved. Seconded by Commissioner Smith. Roll call vote. All ayes. Motion carried. The meeting was adjourned at 9:05 a.m.
