Meeting convened at 8:33 a.m. in the Jack T. Knuepfer Administration Building, 421 N. County Farm Rd. Wheaton, IL, Conference Room 3500A.
Commissioners Present: Tony Reyes, Chairman
John Smith, Vice-Chairman
Others Present: Patti Weber, Assistant to the Commission
Public Comment-
There was no public comment.
MIA Interviews-
Chairman Reyes called for a motion to go into executive session pursuant to 5 ILCS (c)(1) of the Open Meetings Act for the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of a specific employee. Commissioner Smith moved. Seconded by Chairman Reyes. Motion carried.

Chairman Reyes called for a motion to return from executive session at 9:00 a.m. to go into open session. Commissioner Smith moved. Seconded by Chairman Reyes. Motion carried.
Ms. Weber presented a request from an applicant for special accommodation for taking the written exam. The Commission and Counsel Bruckner (via telephone) advised her to allow the applicant more time and an alternate location to take the exam as requested.

Chairman Reyes called for a motion to adjourn the meeting. Commissioner Smith moved. Seconded by Chairman Reyes. Roll call vote. All ayes. Motion carried. The meeting was adjourned at 9:30 a.m.
