exceed $12,000, per Quote #16-193-JM. First of three options to renew.
B. 2017-309 Recommendation for approval of a contract purchase order issued to Northern
Illinois Elevator Inspection Services, Inc., for professional services to perform elevator
plan reviews and elevator inspections in unincorporated DuPage County, for the period
December 1, 2017 through November 30, 2018, for Building & Zoning, for a contract
total amount not to exceed $7,000; per Quote #16-194-JM. First of three options to

C. 2017-310 Recommendation for the approval of a Contract Purchase Order issued to
Verizon Wireless, for cellular and wireless services, for the period December 1, 2017
through November 30, 2018, for Building & Zoning, for a contract total not to exceed
$10,695; Contract let pursuant to the Governmental Joint Purchasing Act (State of
Illinois)
D. 2017-311 Recommendation for approval of a contract purchase order to HOV Services
Inc, for professional services to perform scanning of one-year of Building and Zoning
permit files, for the period December 1, 2017 through November 30, 2018, for Building
& Zoning, for a contract total amount not to exceed $12,000, per attached 2018 price
estimate and Agreement, per 55 ILCS 5/5-1022 "Competitive Bids" (d) IT/Telecom
purchases under $35,000.00.
