Variation From The Zoning Ordinance For Side Yard and Front Yard
To consider the request by Casey & Lydia Puchlerz (“Petitioners”), to approve
variations from the Zoning Ordinance as follows:
A variation from Section 156.075 (G) (2) limiting the height for a single-family
detached dwelling to 35 feet; provided that for each one foot of building height
over 25 feet, an additional one foot of side yard shall be required on each side of
the lot, and an additional ½ foot of front yard shall be required on the lot:
to permit the building height not to exceed 33’0”;
to permit the East side yard 10’0” instead of 18’0”;
to permit the West side yard 10’0” instead of 18’0”;
and to permit the front yard 32.93’ instead of 34’0”.
