C. DT-R-0355-17 Resolution -- Awarding Resolution to Brothers Asphalt Paving, Inc., for the Downers Grove Township 2017 Road Resurfacing Program, Section 17-03000- 01-GM, for a contract total amount of $561,489.38; Per low bid (No County cost)
D. DT-R-0348-17 Resolution -- Condemnation Authorization for right-of-way acquisition for CH 35/55th Street, from Dunham Road to Clarendon Hills Road, Section 11-00302-04-CH; PIN 09-08-320-006
E. Action Item -- DT-0004C-09 – Amendment to Resolution DT-0004B-09, Intergovernmental Agreement between the County of DuPage and the City of Wheaton for replacement of the bridge carrying Wesley Street/Manchester Road over the Union Pacific Railroad, Section 00-00316-01-BR, to decrease the funding in the amount of $156,063.99 and close, resulting in a final County cost of $768,936.01, a decrease of 16.87%
F. Action Item -- DT-0031B-11 – Amendment to Resolution DT-0031A-11, Intergovernmental Agreement between the County of DuPage and the Illinois Department of Transportation, for intersection improvements along CH 35/55th Street, from Williams Street to Holmes Avenue, Section 94-00302-00-FP, to decrease the funding in the amount of $43,359.26 and close, resulting in a final County cost of $2,098,497.89, a decrease of 2.02%
