Commissioner Oelker motioned for the Commission to go into executive session at 4:05 pm. to review Fire candidate psychological evaluations. Vice Chairman Powell seconded. Motion passed.
Vice Chairman Powell motioned for the Commission to come out of executive session at 4:40 pm. Commissioner Oelker seconded. Motion passed.
Commissioner Oelker motioned to strike Donald Miller from the 2016 Fire Private eligibility list due to the results of the psychological assessment. Commissioner Morales-Perez seconded. Motion passed.
Commissioner Oelker motioned to pass 2016 Fire Private eligibility list candidate Justin McCarthy to the next step in the selection process due to the results of the psychological assessment. Vice Chair Powell seconded. Motion passed.
Commissioner Oelker motioned to reinstate applicant Andrew Pauley to the 2016 Fire Private eligibility list. Vice Chair Powell seconded. 4 yes, 1 nay. Motion passed.
Miscellaneous items were reviewed
Commissioner Armstrong motioned, seconded by Vice Chairman Powell to adjourn the meeting at 4:40 p.m. Motion passed.
