A detailed review of individual fines revealed that Wagner for State Central Committee was the only campaign committee in Villa Park that was delinquent in payment for January 2017, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections.
The fine that Wagner for State Central Committee has yet to pay was imposed on Dec. 20, 2016, for a late quarterly report.
