A detailed review of individual fines revealed that People to Elect Chris Healy was the only campaign committee in Elmhurst that was delinquent in payment for January 2017, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections.
The largest fine that People to Elect Chris Healy has yet to pay was imposed on May 20, 2016, for a late quarterly report. The amount of this fine alone is $600.
