A. JPS-P-0106-17 Recommendation for the approval of a contract purchase order to Currie Motors for the purchase of one (1) 2017 Ford Transit-350 Van for the Sheriff's Office SWAP Division, for a contract total not to exceed $30,554.00. Per Cooperative Purchasing Agreement Pricing, in compliance with 30 ILCS 525/2 "Governmental Joint Purchasing Act" – NWMC Northwest Municipal Conference #150.
B. JPS-P-0107-17 Recommendation for the approval or a contract purchase order issued to TASER International for purchase of Tasers for the Sheriff's Office, for a contract total amount not to exceed $46,870.62, per 55 ILCS 5/5-1022 “Competitive Bids” (c) not suitable for competitive bids - Sole Source.
C. 2017-88 Recommendation for the approval of a contract purchase order issued to LexisNexis, a Division of RELX, Inc., for a subscription to CourtLink that provides us with access to legal resources regarding dockets and briefs. This contract covers the period of June 1, 2017 through May 31, 2018 for the Law Library, for a contract total amount not to exceed $8,400. - Per the DuPage County Purchasing Ordinance, Article 4- 102(5) (55 ILCS 5/5-1022 “Competitive Bids” (c) not suitable for competitive bids – Sole Source).
