The final candidates for the 2017 Addison Fire Protection District No. 1 Trustee Election, to be held on April 4, are on the ballot.
According to the DuPage Policy Journal's records, only one candidate will appear on the ballot of the April 4 municipal election:

Baxa was born on Feb. 9, 1944. The candidate's listed address is 316 S. Michigan Ave., Addison, Ill. 60101.
Baxa has voted in four primary elections, casting votes in four Republican primaries.
