J. 2017-45 Recommendation for the approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement between County of DuPage and the Village of Villa Park, for the Villa Park Monterey Ave Bioswales Water Quality Improvement Project, for Stormwater Management. This contract will cover the period February 7, 2017 to November 30, 2018, for a contract total amount not to exceed $18,650.00, per Intergovernmental Agreement.
