Recommended Motion: l move, relative to a petition Submitted by Anyways Bloomingdale, LLC, to accept the Findings of Fact and Recommendations of the Planning and Zoning Commission dated September 20, 2016 in accordance with the exhibits and testimony presented and subject to the conditions as set forth in said Findings for 304 W. Recommended Motion: l move, relative to a petition Submitted by GW Bloomingdale, LLC, to accept the Findings of Fact and Recommendations of the Planning and Zoning Commission dated September 20, 2016 in accordance with the exhibits and testimony presented and subject to the conditions as set forth in said Findings for 348-354 West Army Trail Road and to adopt Ordinance No. 2016 : AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 82-34, WHICH APPROVED AREZONING OF THE PROPERTY AT THE SOUTHEAST AND SOUTHWEST CORNERS OF ARMY TRAILROAD AND GARY AVENUE ON APPLICATION OF EMRO LAND COMPANY TO B-E, PLANNED DEVELOPMENT, TO ALLOW FOR FINAL SITE PLAN APPROVAL, EXCEPTIONS TO THE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AND SPECIAL.
