The City of Warrenville Plan Commission/Zoning Board of Appeals will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday, May 19, to hold a public hearing on the Southwest District Plan.
A presentation by consultant Teska Associates will precede the hearing on a possible amendment to the Warrenville Comprehensive Land Use Plan in regards to the Southwest District Plan.
Time will be allotted for council discussion and public input.
The board will also consider variances for a property located at 28W610 Forestview Ave. If approved, the variances would allow a porch and the deck to encroach into the existing non-conforming 28-foot corner side yard building setback along Curtis Avenue by approximately eight feet and five feet, respectively.
