The Downers Grove Village Council reviewed zoning ordinances related to changes for property on Middaugh Avenue during its regular meeting on Jan. 12.
The agenda included a rezoning request for 6035 Middaugh Ave., as well as a resolution to approve the final plat of subdivision surrounding the same property.
The council also discussed a resolution to continue the village’s participation in the Suburban Tree Consortium for 2016. The village obtains tree supplies and planting services through the consortium, which includes 42 municipal members.
A request to amend an existing contract with Hampton Lenzini & Renwick, Inc. for native landscaping and natural areas maintenance and monitoring was also heard.
