The Lombard Board of Trustees will recognize Carol Bauer, the village's executive coordinator, for her 50 years of service at the board's regular meeting today at 7:30 p.m. at Village Hall Board Room, 255 E. Wilson Ave.

The meeting’s agenda includes consideration of several conditional-use, waste-collection and zoning ordinances.

The trustees also will consider a proposal to purchase a skid-steer loader from Atlas Bobcat ($53,983). The board is expected to declare two village vehicles as surplus equipment and authorize their sale at an upcoming auction.

Several service contracts also are expected to be finalized, including those for Energenecs (software upgrade, maximum $84,567), All Plumbing and Sewer (sewer stub rodding, maximum $60,000) and Green Horizon Landscaping (specialty landscaping and maintenance, $66,350).
