The Lombard Historical Commission discussed the National Alliance of Preservation Commissions (NAPC) workshop during its regular monthly meeting Tuesday at Village Hall.
The commission noted the NAPC's offer of support to local historical commissions in their preservation pursuits.
The commission also discussed the construction of commemorative signs along the pathway of the Chicago, Aurora and Elgin Railroads and the historical significance of these signs on the Prairie Path.
