Oak Brook trustees to consider hotel development plan tonight

The Oak Brook Village Board of Trustees will consider an ordinance to authorize the Hyatt House Hotel and Restaurant development on 22nd Street at its next regular meeting at 7 p.m. today in the Butler Government Center's Samuel E. Dean Board Room, 1200 Oak Brook Road.

Trustees also will consider an ordinance to authorize the Rush Oak Brook Orthopaedic Center development on York Road.

Trustees also will consider an amendment to the 2016 village budget concerning architectural design issues with the Police Department renovation project.

The board also will review a pending utility franchise agreement with NICOR Gas and consider an amendment to the village's intergovernmental agreement with Flagg Creek Water Reclamation District concerning shut-off of water services.
