The St. Charles City Council will present the winners of the 2015 Downtown St. Charles Partnership Electric Parade at its regular meeting at 7 p.m. today in City Council Chambers, 2 E. Main St.
A presentation ceremony will be held for the winners in the Best of Show, Children’s Showcase, Non-Profit and Business Showcase categories.
The council also will consider the appointments of Scott Corbin to the St. Charles Visitors Cultural Commission and Kathleen Brens to the St. Charles Tree Commission.
The council also will consider several planning and development measures concerning land annexation and special-use permits, among other issues.
