The St. Charles City Council will hold a public hearing at 6:55 p.m. today in City Council Chambers, 2 E. Main St., on a plan to amend the Bricher Commons Annexation Agreement.
The agreement -- between the City of St. Charles, contract purchaser Metro Storage St. Charles LLC of Delaware and owner-of-record UNBEL LLC of Illinois -- concerns a 2.61-acre parcel on Lincoln Highway, west of the Meijer property.
This would be the third amendment to the Bricher Commons Annexation Agreement.
