The St. Charles Plan Commission will review a redevelopment plan for the St. Charles Mall site during its first meeting of 2016 at 7 p.m. today in City Council Chambers, 2 East Main Street.
Shodeen Group LLC will present a concept plan for the Prairie Center, which would be built on the St. Charles Mall site.
The commission also will release the January and February meeting schedule for the Plan Commission and the Planning & Development Committee.
The Plan Commission reviews and holds public hearings to consider requests for rezoning and special-use permits, as well as proposals for new developments.
