The Downers Grove Architectural Design Review Board (ADRB) Ad Hoc Subcommittee on Historic Preservation will hold its final meeting Wednesday in the public works facility.
The subcommittee aims to increase the number of properties designated as landmarks and districts under the historic preservation ordinance and decrease or avoid the loss of historically or architecturally significant buildings and places in Downers Grove.
Downers Grove created the ADRB in July, and even subcommittee members were appointed to work with existing ADRB members. More information on the committee can be found at http://www.downers.us.
