The Glen Ellyn Village Board reviewed the 2015 Downtown Streetscape Plan at its August meeting.
The plan lays out a multiyear capital funding effort to enhance streets and sidewalks throughout the central business district, as well as make improvements to lighting, trees and landscaping and improving overall pedestrian safety.
