Elk Grove Deputy Fire Chief Lance Harris presented four civilians with the Fire Chief's Award at the Aug. 18 village board meeting.
Those awarded include Roy Mabus, Cindee Martoano and Bob and Nate Ryan.
Mabus, Martoano and Bob and Nate Ryan received awards for applying CPR to those in need.
The village said it is grateful to Mabus, Martoano and Bob and Nate Ryan for their quick thinking and applaud their life saving actions.
