DS Containers will soon set up shop in West Chicago.
CenterPoint Properties recently announced the construction of a 300,278-square-foot facility located on 14.55 acres at the DuPage Business Center.
"This represents a major investment in our community, and the city looks forward to working with all parties to ensure a first-rate development experience," Mayor Ruben Pineda said. "We look forward to celebrating a groundbreaking later this month and to welcoming DS Containers to our business community."
The land is ideal due to a diverse communication system, accessibility of utilities, off-site detention and access to transportation routes.
