Oak Brook election for president, clerk, trustees April 7

Oak Brook residents will go to the polls on April 7 to cast their votes in the general consolidated election.

The first day for early voting is March 23, and the final day for grace-period registration, grace-period voting and early voting is April 4.

The Village of Oak Brook offices that are up for election include village president, village clerk and three village trustee seats.

Mark Moy, Gopal Lalmalani and Natalie Cappetta are running for the position of village president for a four-year term.

Charlotte Pruss is running for a four-year village clerk position.

Also, Asif Yusif, Edward Tiesenga, Michael Manzo, Michael Wencel, Charles Thompson and Elisa Templeton are running for the thee village trustee seats, which are four-year terms.

Absentee ballot mailing began on Feb. 26.

The last day for voter registration for the April 7 election was March 10.
