state senator candidate Chris Nybo returns $1,000 contribution from Friends of Chuck Weaver

The campaign committee of state senator candidate Chris Nybo, Citizens for Chris Nybo, returned a $1,000 contribution from Friends of Chuck Weaver on April 9, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections.

Candidates sometimes refuse or return contributions because they do not want their campaign to be affiliated with the donor or because contribution limits have been reached. Friends of Chuck Weaver has not made any other contributions to Chris Nybo in the past 12 months.
